John King | EA, TRS
John King is an Enrolled Agent, NTPI Fellow and Tax Resolution Specialist with more than thirty-five years of expertise in tax preparation and tax representation. As a recognized tax professional, John is currently serving as a board member of the TN Chapter of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). John is a retired Art Teacher from Hamilton County Tennessee, BA World History and Art. When asked how a tax professional could ever teach art, John replied “you’ve got to be creative”. He enjoys fishing and hunting when he is not in the office.
Wanda King | EA, CTRS
Wanda King is a co-owner of U S Tax Solutions. As an Enrolled Agent, NTPI Fellow and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist her area of expertise includes representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, tax preparation and tax instructor. For more than forty-five years, she continues to partner with taxpayers with tax emergencies to provide relief and peace of mind. As a recent cancer survivor she is enjoying life to the fullest, with eight grandchildren and two Yorkshire terriers to keep her busy when she is out of the office.
Amy Psyhos | EA, Resolution Manager
Amy Psyhos is an Enrolled Agent and our Tax Resolution Manager. She personally assists potential and existing clients in having a better understanding of the resolution process. She evaluates each client’s financial information to identify available settlement options to best handle their IRS debt. As information is requested from the IRS, she gathers and prepares all of the necessary documents to ensure all IRS deadlines are met.
Lauren Parrow| Administrative Assistant
Lauren Parrow is one of our Resolution Specialists as well as Amy’s Administrative Assistant. She works closely with each of our clients to help obtain all of the information vital to their case. She also manages all IRS correspondence to ensure that all IRS deadlines are met and our clients stay informed on the status of their case. She assists in case resolution management and preparing information for negotiations with the IRS.
Taylor Moody | Resolution Specialist
Taylor Moody is one of our Resolution Specialists, she coordinates with clients and staff to assist in case resolution as well as gathering information vital to IRS negotiations for our clients. She handles transcript requests and assists with our Continuing Solutions clients’ needs and case management.

PS — If you are discussing your tax situation over the telephone with other firms, be sure to ask them one important question:
“Are you a licensed tax professional that is legally eligible to offer me tax advice, or are you a salesman?”
This is by far the single most important question you should ask anybody trying to offer you tax advice. If they are a salesperson, I highly encourage you to run quickly in the opposite direction.
